Well I'm not quite 50 yet, but I am interested in the discussions, since I am fast approaching, I am 48, will be 49 dec 21. I have lots of questions about menopause.
I'm not there yet, but is trying to learn what and what not to use. can anybody HELP?

- I must say that this is the best time of my life,nothing is that serious, when they say that youth is wasted on the young I get it.It's not that it's a bad thing but wisdom comes with age and I have never felt so alive. It's time that we have the conversation on how we can pass out knowledge on to the young women who are coming behind us.
