Dr. Jackie Howard has been in ministry more than 26 years and is currently residing in Greer, SC. She is a native Baltimorean and former Pastor of New Hope Temple of Praise, Inc. She is the wife of Pastor Nelson Howard, celebrating 25 years of marriage, the mother of 3 girls and Nan Na to 17 grandchildren and 1 great. God has ordained Dr. Howard with a Prophetic voice, spirit of excellence, profound preacher and excellent teacher. She is she a living epistle and a walking miracle. She was literally resurrected by the will and power of God and given new life.

After re-locating to Greenville, SC, she was diagnosed with Heart Failure and given only (6) months to live.

She continued to preach and walk by Faith with only 15% heart function for (2) years. God’s favor is upon her; on October 22, 2002 He blessed her with a new heart. She received a Heart Transplant at Duke University in Durham, NC. She calls it “A second chance for life “Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”.

Dr. Howard has been a student of God’s Word for more than 30 years; she has a BA Degree in Christian Education, Business Administration, certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Trained Pastoral Care & Counselor and Hospice Bereavement Coordinator. On Nov. 8th 2003, Dr. Howard received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Family Bible College & Institute. The miracle of life and healing flows from her heart.

Dr. Howard has assisted Pastors in setting up ministries, foundational organization, training & teaching leadership, licensing and ordaining ministers, and installing pastors. She Travels extensively preaching and teaching the gospel through workshops, retreats, conferences, seminars, and revivals etc. She has written training manuals such as “The Ministry of An Altar Worker”, “Go Ahead & Speak In Tongues”, and “A Basic Guide For Minister’s Training” & Workbook, “Now That I Am A New Convert and “I Forgive U” and “Dressed to Kill”.

Dr. Howard is the Founder & Director along with her husband Pastor Nelson of Under His Wings National Ministerial Alliance Inc., a ministry of training, teaching the kingdom of God. (Eph. 4:12) Dr. Howard is also the Founder of The Women of Prayer & Power Ministries, Women going forward in prayer reconciling other women to Christ and Women Making A Difference. She is also the founder of Men and Women Walking together in Unity and Aprons (Able People Readily Offering Needful Services), a group of volunteers working with the sick and shut-in and those suffering with heart disease.
